I had a wonderful experience at The Charlee Hotel Medellín from the very first moment. The service was impeccable; they truly make you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. The room surprised me immensely with its spaciousness and all the thoughtfully considered details. Furthermore, the welcome was incredible: a spectacular cheese board and champagne that made everything even more special. The bed deserves a special mention: without a doubt, one of the best I've ever slept in. It's clear they pay attention to every aspect of the experience. Another highlight of the hotel is its culinary offerings. It has two very well-designed restaurants: a rooftop restaurant, perfect for the evening, with an amazing atmosphere, great music, and delicious food; and another on the first floor, ideal for breakfast or lunch, with an equally outstanding culinary experience. The hotel's design is simply next level: warm, modern, and incredibly stylish. The entire team is very friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even more special. It's definitely a place you'll want to return to. Highly recommended.

The rooms with jacuzzis are a great option for a couple's getaway. The space is truly delightful; they're spacious and offer beautiful views. Although the area is known for its nightlife, our room on the 9th floor was peaceful. The gym is excellent, and there's a spa area. Both restaurants are delicious, and the rooftop has a fantastic atmosphere.

We stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi and all that. We left our luggage and immediately heard a constant, annoying noise, like a motor. We reported it to reception, and after one, two, and three days, we received no response. We paid a lot of money for this hotel, specifically for this room, per night. The least they could do was respond. We slept through all four nights with that noise. This hotel has a gem, as a speaker once said: people are like light bulbs, some run at 10,000 volts and others at 200,000 volts. And here, they were lucky to have Yesica, the concierge. This young woman looked after us, recommended tours (we booked four), and even got us reservations at Karol G's restaurant, something we couldn't manage on our own. As always, the management and administration are failing. No one bothered to soundproof the hotel's machinery or train the staff to find solutions or follow up on them. You're lucky to have Yesica, take advantage of her and promote her. It's hard to find people who shine like her; she has excellent problem-solving and protocol skills. In short, if you want tours, contact Yesica; if you have any problems, contact Yesica; and if you're a light sleeper, make sure they've addressed the machinery's insulation, or you'll remember this review. Otherwise, she's fantastic.

I always choose this place when I visit Medellín; it's a sure bet. I love it because I feel right at home, the service is excellent, the cleanliness is great, the design is lovely, and the location is fantastic because everything is close by. Highly recommended!
