Discreet, comfortable, good service and security, close to the airport, bus terminal and a large city hospital. Whenever I travel to Guayaquil I stay at Dreamkapture, highly recommended 👍

I haven't even used it yet and the service is terrible. A rude man came up to me... I was planning to stay for a year, maybe even longer, because I'm coming to Guayaquil for work. I only asked him the price for one person and he was rude. I don't even know them yet and they're already ill-mannered...

The hostel isn't bad and quiet. I'm not one to complain about the state of the building, etc. The room was a furnace, but there were fans that solved the problem. My problem is that I paid for two nights but only stayed one because I didn't like the city, it was far from the center, the locals were unsavory, and it was an open-air furnace. I wasn't given a refund. Now, it's not a question of mere bureaucracy but of ethics. I won't bother checking to see if I was legally entitled to a refund (it's always been granted elsewhere), but from the way I was answered, I almost felt like a fool for asking if I could get a refund. I didn't want to argue because I simply wanted to leave this horrible city. You taught me one thing: you have to stick it out for one night, otherwise people will get ripped off! I don't really have anything against the guy at the front desk, but the way he responded, almost with disgust, for asking for a refund makes me want to warn others. If next time you try to be more humane than a mere salesman drooling over $10, know that you'll attract very little sympathy. Goodbye!

I stayed for about 5 days, and the very reasonable price was a big plus. The manager was always attentive to cleanliness and made sure we had everything we needed. The instructions were very clear, and the facilities were clean and very hygienic. The pool was perfect for relaxing. It was a great experience, and the service was impeccable. When I return to Guayaquil, I will definitely stay here again.

Terrible service, no sign... We stayed two nights, three days. On the second day, they didn't clean and told us it was because they didn't have cleaning service... Honestly, the service was awful, too much distrust... I understand the insecurity, but it doesn't excuse the terrible service...

It is recommended to improve the facilities as the rooms are not as they appear in the pictures.

We arrived late at night and the lovely Peter was waiting for us and showed us to the room we were staying in. The bed was comfortable and there was ventilation and with the window open we didn't feel the lack of air conditioning. Thanks again to Peter who was lovely and kind throughout our stay!
