Visitors frequently praise the friendly, accommodating, and caring staff, as well as the hotel's good location in a quiet area close to restaurants. However, some guests have reported significant issues with cleanliness and maintenance, including finding hair in bedding, a non-functional toilet, and noise disturbances from the building's structure.

Upon check-in we found hair in the bedding and on the floor, a non-functional toilet, and a dirty, uncleaned rooftop terrace. Within an hour we left and relocated to a different hotel for the night rather than stay in these conditions. We attempted to resolve this through our booking provider's support team afterward. The property acknowledged the conditions but attributed communication issues to their English-speaking staff being on vacation — despite all communication being clear and well documented with photos and timestamps. Photos available on request showing hair on the sheets and floor (including a sample collected and placed on the hotel's own branded materials for documentation), as well as the dirty terrace furniture.
One-night stay. The hotel is quite well-equipped, the bathroom is large and clean. They have a dryer. The only downside was the noise from the washing machines, which made it difficult to sleep, but they were able to turn them off after calling. It was also very cold, and they claimed to have more blankets in the closet, which wasn't true, but they did help us with two blankets. The breakfast is quite complete; you serve yourself and it includes a fruit plate, eggs cooked to your liking, and bread.
The service is impeccable. The rooms are perfect. The breakfast is just right and delicious. Every detail is well-received, and the location is undoubtedly prime for absolutely everything! Even long-distance transfers cost over $2.50...excellent!
Pleasant atmosphere, very attentive and friendly staff. Very clean and tidy rooms. I loved the way everyone treated me. Things to improve: they don't have overnight parking, but even so, the guy found us a very safe and nearby spot.
Eduardo, Wilmer and team are just FANTASTIC.
I'm in love with this place. The room, with all its details, the impeccable cleanliness, the decor—I truly adored this establishment and I highly recommend it.
They're listed on Airbnb, but they're not reliable. They offer accommodations and then make changes as they please. I DO NOT RECOMMEND booking through Airbnb! I didn't even get to stay!
