This hotel in Arequipa is 100% recommended. It's incredibly charming, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are very well-maintained and clean.

We loved this place, we even booked an extra night. It is ver nicely decorated just like a colonial house. Very calm place and pesceful atmosphere. Very close to the center but still far away enough from the noise. We do recommend it. The pillows are great for resting!

The room was disgusting! There was a massive hairball in the shower, the blanket and the pillows were covered with numerous nasty stains in all sorts of different colors. There were hairs in the bed, there was a massive layer of dust on top of the bed frame, the towels smelled and also had a brown stain on it... We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we checked out after the first one. The owner refuses to refund our second night (which we didn't spend there) and we also got no compensation for the first night we had to spend there (we already wanted to leave the first night, but apparently there is nobody at the reception at night). We had to end up sleeping without the gross blanket, which was very very cold and uncomfortable.
