It's a fantastic hotel

Very nice area. Quiet and with very good decor.

Bad hotel, you can find better and cheaper options in Lince. If you want to rest, you can't; you can hear everything from the street and random people having sex, shouting, crying. I don't recommend it 👎🏻

Nice place for a romantic getaway, the TVs are a bit old, even if you're not going to watch TV... You can hear the street noise

The cancellation policies are very abusive.

Room and furnishings were made of cheap materials. Bathroom in particular needed major cleaning and upkeep. Wouldn’t mind if charged at usual average rates but the prices were ridiculously inflated at end of November. Hotel also employs strong cleaning spray that smells like cheap cologne. Very noisy at night.

The BTH is a modern, centrally located hotel. The staff is friendly and the decor is tasteful. However, at least the classic room is small. They really need to work on the soundproofing...it's impossible to get a good night's sleep because you can hear everything, even when the person upstairs turns on the shower. Not to mention the other noises that keep you awake until at least 2 am. The breakfast could be better, but it's acceptable. Overall, it's functional and rather transactional. I wouldn't recommend going with children.

Excellent place, the room, the hotel, and the service in general were very nice; however, the reason we chose the Cosmopolitan room was because of the steam sauna, which had a general problem throughout the hotel and couldn't be used. If we had been notified in advance, we wouldn't have booked that room.
