The breakfast was a highlight - delicious freshly baked bread and really fresh and tasty avocado among other delicious food - you won’t go hungry! Alex and team are very kind and helpful. Really lovely views of the surrounding scenery from the room we stayed in . Would recommend !

It was clean and in a quiet location, which was great. The shower had hot water, although it took a while. The hotel staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast was simple but delicious! Be aware that the laundry service is more expensive than you might expect.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Tierra Inka Sacred Valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and we appreciated having a community kitchen as well as complimentary filtered drinking water available 24 hours a day. One of the highlights of the property is its beautiful, peaceful garden, which provides a quiet place to relax after a day of exploring the Sacred Valley. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and tranquil place to stay in Ollantaytambo (it’s about 10-15 minutes walk to the train station). We would gladly stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Tierra Inka when we visited Peru in late April 2026. From coordinating our stay via WhatsApp all the way through check out, Alex was amazing to work with. The location of the hotel was very quiet - a little removed from the town of Ollantaytambo itself, but still close enough to walk. The room was clean and well equipped - complete with a warmer beneath the tile floor where you place your feet when climbing out of bed! We couldn't have been more please with our stay and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. The place was really nice and you can trust the owner to arrange transportations and activities, which really helped a lot!

Excellent location in a quieter area but a 5 minute walk to the main town and square with cafes, restaurants etc. Very relaxing. Rooms are a great size and very clean. Issues with water pressure/temperature. Breakfast was great including bread, eggs, fruit, avocado, coffee, teas, and cereal. Pay on arrival with cash if not a 5% cost with card. Great views all around. Staff very hard working and friendly. They helped organised shuttles too and from Cuzco and paid them in dollars for this

Great stay, wonderful people, clean and very safe, good value, so friendly and warm and our requests were very promptly addressed. They will call a tuk tuk for you to go to town expect to pay 10 sol cash each way, you can flag a tuk tuk in the main square to get a ride to the hotel. Very responsive to their WhatsApp as well, breakfast is nice

A very pleasant place. The stuff are very nice and pleasant. They even made me a special tea when my husband was cold. The view in the garden is inspiring.

We were visiting Sacred Valley in May and decided to stay in Ollantaytambo before visiting Machu Picchu. Alex at the Hotel Tierra Inka took a good care of us. The room was clean and we had access to a guest kitchen. Alex also organized a driver for us to get a ride from Cusco and back to Cusco. Overall we had a great experience at the Hotel Tierra Inka.

Great stay here for one night. Clean rooms. Quiet (can hear occasional sound if trains from afar). Filtered water available. I stayed overnight for onwards to machu picchu nd had to check out at 5 am. They accommodated with providing breakfast so was very grateful. Their bfast time starts at 7 am. 10 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to main square with restaurants.

Nice hotel in Ollantaytambo. Feels like in the countryside with beautiful views in the morning, good breakfast and service.
