Los Portales Hotel Piura

Los Portales sits right on the Plaza de Armas, in the arcaded building on Jr. Libertad facing the cathedral. Google describes refined rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar and a gym, with a 4.5 rating from about 1,200 reviews. It's the most central address in town: the cathedral, the pedestrian end of Jr. Lima and the bars around the plaza are all on the doorstep. It's a mainstream hotel, not a gay venue.
