Either because we are in our 50’s or not obnoxious enough the bartender over looked me time and again. I’m a visitor here. I feel invisible in my community. I’m so disappointed. I won’t embarrass myself again.

Lady Gaga's show is a true spectacle and of a very high standard; I enjoyed it a lot. Being straight, I had many doubts since it was my first time going to a place like Madoo, but I felt safe and comfortable, and the energy of the people was contagious.

The level of service was absolutely appalling. We traveled a long way to visit Canada hoping for a pleasant evening, and the treatment we received was unacceptable and deeply humiliating. Their lack of transparency was total: at no point were we clearly informed about the conditions of access to the drag queen show, nor about the price differences between the various ticket types. Even worse, we were seated in an isolated corner, which made us feel deliberately marginalized and excluded throughout the evening. It is truly regrettable and disappointing that an establishment would treat its customers with such contempt and unprofessionalism. They even made us leave our jackets, which were actually overshirts. I am very sorry, but I do not recommend it.

It was magnificent and the atmosphere was incredible! Guaranteed memories, and we'll be back with more people! My only complaint: I came for my bachelorette party on March 21st, and I was the only one who shouted when they asked if there were any "Bacholorettes" (girls from the French Baccalaureate program) in the room. Then we got a comment about how annoying "Bacholorettes" are, and then nothing at all... So my friend and I decided not to make a big deal out of it and didn't do anything special while we were there so as not to bother anyone. It might have been a joke, but the way I was ignored at the time and not even looked at really made me feel like it wasn't a joke. Even my friend pointed it out to me. PS: I had to remind the waiter that we hadn't paid for our previous drinks, and he hadn't charged us. So kind! It must have just been an oversight, but it could have slipped through the cracks if I weren't an honest person!

Nice place, fun show, and friendly service… Special mention for the host, Nana, who has a hilarious sense of humor! Kisses to the artists!

The atmosphere was electric and the Saturday night show was impeccable.

I loved it! Magnificent costumes and makeup. The performers are breathtaking in their dance routines. A show not to be missed!!!

Honestly, Yasmine from the server made our first night in Montreal truly special. She took exceptional care of us. The Queens and the show were incredible. We were visiting from Austin, Texas. We definitely plan to return. Thank you, Yasmine! ❤️
