Hôtel Le Crystal

This is a truly luxurious hotel. I booked a room and found it was a suite with a very good range of facilities.

A clean and quiet place. I polished the boards myself, nothing to complain about. Top-notch.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Parking lot 2 blocks away was great for parking for the whole stay quite cheaply compared to the valet parking from the hotel. Great Mexican restaurant around the corner for affordable, delicious tacos. Didn’t use any of the amenities but the hotel did upgrade our room (probably cause it was 3 days during the week). Very friendly staff and the hotel felt safe.

Best hotel in Montreal! It's impeccably clean, from the rooms to the pool and spa. The rooms are beautiful, and the hotel is close to everything. It really ticks all the boxes!! :-)

We have stayed at this hotel for several years and always enjoyed our stay. Great spacious rooms with impeccable service from staff. Was disappointed when we stayed here in August of 2025 when the hot tub was closed for repairs. Has the renovations been completed for Summer this year or still ongoing? Thank you

I highly recommend the Warwick Le Cristal Montreal hotel! A warm welcome and attentive staff! Spacious rooms (we stayed there twice, 3 and 2 days respectively). Some rooms even have bathtubs for ultimate relaxation! Otherwise, you can enjoy the spa on the 12th floor. It features a pool, dry sauna, and outdoor jacuzzi! 👉🏻 I especially appreciated the softness of the bath towels! The 2-meter king-size bed was fantastic! 😀

Clean room and well located near the Bell Centre

Fabulous downtown location with a quick walk to the metro. Excellent service and staff, and the daily housekeeping is done extremely well. The rooms are maintained very cleanly and we had such a fabulous experience!

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff are always very friendly, considerate and helpful. Unfortunately the last two times I have stayed, there have been issues with cleaning supplies being left behind in the room. Finding used, smelly rags is not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel.

When you arrive from Quebec City, we come via René-Lévesque and de la Montagne, which is a one-way street. Even though the hotel is in the area, they don't help their guests. As a result, it took 20 minutes in traffic to get back to the door to leave the car in the valet parking lot. The valet service wasn't very good. However, the room is incredible, very luxurious. We were on the 8th floor.
