Strung Up: A New Puppet Musical

A staged reading of an original musical by Landon Dueck and Kay Snell, set in the unsettling Pantheon Circus. The story follows Briar, the Ringmaster's son, who longs to inherit the circus but fears the spotlight. When a chance arises, he attempts a puppet show and accidentally summons a demon, Maverick, a loudmouthed demonic duck. The performance explores themes of fear, ambition, and the chaos that ensues with the demon's presence. Content warning includes bird death. The show is scheduled for August 27 and 28 at 7 PM, with doors opening at 6 PM, at Performance Works, Vancouver, BC.
