Excellent rooms, I've stayed several times and I always have a great experience. I appreciate the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and their positive attitude towards any questions I may have.

Comfortable, the sheets were soft, the mattress wasn't super soft but it was softer than in other hotels, the price was 1500 but apart from the services that all hotels have, this hotel had a sofa, oven, coffee maker and a minibar

I inquired for a Jacuzzi room and make it extremely hard to reserve. You have to go direct to a Mexican bank to make the deposit for the reservation. You cannot pay with a credit card.

Excellent service and customer care. I forgot some things in the room and they stored them for me. They were very honest and kind. I would definitely go back to this hotel 🙏🙏🤞❤️❤️❤️

Very friendly service, good and central location, they should only improve the televisions, they look like they're stuck in the past. That's the only issue, but other than that everything is great.

The hotel is well located, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and look new; they charge an invoice. Breakfast is not included.
