My main problem with this place is no longer just the disappearance of a belonging, but the way they handled my complaint. When I reported what happened and explained that it was also an item related to a medical need, the store's management ended up calling me "difficult," making personal comments about me, and telling me not to return. I consider it completely inappropriate for a business to respond to a customer complaint this way. They could have denied responsibility, reviewed security camera footage, requested evidence, or explained their side of the story. What I don't find acceptable is resorting to personal attacks. Regardless of the controversy surrounding what happened to the item, the way they handled the issue afterward was enough to make me never want to return.

It's a place with an amazing atmosphere; it's definitely worth coming for the drinks, the music, and the excellent service.

Never order tequila from there, it's deadly, those monkeys practically give you ammonia.
