Yesterday, the Keninis Monterrey fan club organized an after-party at this venue. Upon arrival, the staff acted completely unresponsive, and one person was rude. Sadly, the planned activities weren't carried out. The fan club had also reserved their VIP table weeks in advance, but it was given to the dancers. They were given a completely unrelated table, and while I have nothing against the dancers themselves, it's unacceptable that the staff could do whatever they wanted when everything had been planned, especially with so many people waiting outside. After that experience, I doubt they'll want to hold after-parties like this again. Hire staff who are friendly and not rude, because otherwise, you'll only receive negative feedback.

A bar with varied music, open bar at certain times, I would return.

The atmosphere is great!! Honestly, as a woman, I often feel uncomfortable in nightclubs, but this is different. I had a lot of fun.
