Excellent place, excellent attention and excellent service.
I visited yesterday, read the reviews, and it's a nice place. The thing about the lights is true, there's a lot of red light; it should be a bit softer. But it's cool.
They should put a pink ribbon on the passive ones and a blue ribbon on the active ones; it's obvious there are only passive ones and it gets boring...
The place is very well maintained, the facilities are spotless, and the attention to detail is evident. From the moment you walk in, the staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. The bartender, in particular, is quite funny, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I went on a Sunday: although they close at 2 a.m., it starts to empty out around 11 p.m., so it's best to arrive earlier to better enjoy the atmosphere. According to reviews, the liveliest days are Friday and Saturday. Overall, it's a great place to relax, with good service and a pleasant atmosphere.

The welcome was perfect; the young man explained everything clearly. The place was clean, and it was a nice spot to meet people. Very good for me. 👍
When I arrived, everything seemed fine. I was even prepared because I'd heard they sometimes overcharge, so I went over the bill with the bartender. In the end, they were charging me for two extra beers. Beyond the money, the problem was the terrible service from the guy at the entrance: he tries to be friendly but is sarcastic and mocking. When I pointed out the mistake, he laughed, tried to keep me there "checking the security cameras" without actually showing them, and even called me a liar. When I told him I was going to report the situation, his response was, "We've already been reported, and we're still here after all these years," completely arrogant. I also mentioned that the lemons tasted bitter, and he responded rudely and inappropriately. To top it all off, the bathroom was dirty and had no water. The experience was awful; I won't be back, and I don't recommend it. Even though you might not like it, I'm going to escalate the situation.
