Hotel Le Rêve Pasadena

I absolutely hated this place! There was no microwave, no washcloth, I couldn't change the channels on the tv, the staff was extremely rude, they took my pet deposit and accused me of staining the sheets and there was too much pet hair on the bed. They claimed the owner was off-site in Taiwan and could not be reached when I contested my pet deposit being taken from me. The "manager" was terrible and did nothing to help the situation. He was extremely rude and so was the daytime person at the front desk. I would highly recommend never stepping foot onto this hotel or checking in you will not get your money back! I will be contacting my attorney shortly! I didn't feel safe at all! The laundry chute door was open in my face whenever I walked out of the bedroom door. Very dangerous!

Hotel Le Reve? More like Hotel Le Rave!!! Rosie had made my stay very welcoming and friendly. She is very accommodating to her guest needs and when I came to her with a concern it was immediately resolved. I’m here for a grooming competition and already stressed about that so it’s wonderful to be staying at a hotel with amazing staff. Thank you Rosie for your contagious smiles and I can’t wait to be back next year for my next competition.

Rooms are very very very different from what’s on their website!! But it’s fairly clean. Spotted a baby roach in the bathroom.

One good thing is location because it's close to the highway. Room was dirty when we came. 3 towels for 2 adults. We stayed here because it said pet friendly and ended up paying more daily for pets than for us. It is loud and night,people screaming, fighting. The other disappointment was the pool. They closed it for "inspection " for 4 days so the one fun thing was out too. Staff is not very nice beside cleaning ladies, they are nice and helpful.

fire alarm has been going off for hours on end. there’s no fire thankfully, but the fire department came out and could do nothing because the fire panel is inside the office which cannot be accessed when no one is here, apparently from what dispatch said over the phone. i feel like i’m in hell.
