This place is about 6 months old. So the condition and the ground are well kept and very nice. Friendly & helpful staff as well. Rooms were nice and needs were comfortable. Nice kitchen area in room, bathroom had extra towels which is always helpful.

We ended up booking this hotel at the last minute due to flight delays and our other plans falling through. It was our first time visiting Virginia and this area was excellent. The hotel itself was new, very spacious and well appointed and the best part were the people who made you feel welcome . Upon check-in, Denise was so kind to us even though it was almost 3AM in the morning and she provided us extra pillows and escorted me up to my room. Upon check out, Hashmatullah was so kind as to give us a little extra time to pray before we left for the Airport. The included breakfast was also convenient and the rooms came with all our basic needs including a microwave and a dishwasher. Couldn't be happier we booked this property and the price we got this property at was perfectly appropriate and worth the money.

New and quiet

I stayed for three weeks on a work trip. The room was nice and spacious while also located in a very good spot. Chick fil a is on the other side of the parking lot and the Fountain Grill next door is an amazing food spot. However, I wanted to specifically recognize two employees. Althea and Miguel. After my three week stay I inadvertently had some medication sent to the hotel in anticipation that I would still be there. I called and Ms Althea was able to get me in touch with Miguel so I could forward a pre paid label and get my medication forwarded to me in my home state. Many places could’ve simply ignored it and left me to figure out but having employees go above and beyond for a guest who departed several weeks ago is nothing short of amazing and shows excellent service. I’d definitely recommend to anyone.

Seems like this hotel is very new! Nice clean rooms and amenities. Pool, workout room and outdoor grill area. Super convenient to Dulles International AirPort and numerous restaurants and attractions in the Ashburn area.

I've been transferred 3 times trying to make a reservation. I have created two pending transactions using my credit card that they have told me are non-refundable. I will use a different card and try online because they let me know they cannot take a transaction over the phone even though they already did so. Somewhere along the way they've messed up pretty bad.

I loved the hotel because of the staff's kindness. They are truly wonderful, especially the reception staff and Nicola, who serves breakfast. She is very, very kind. My family and I loved her, and I spent many days at the hotel. They have delicious coffee made by Nicola. Thank you, Home 2 Ashburn, for being one of the most comfortable and cleanest places I have stayed.

I was there on a business trip and the hotel met all my requirements. The breakfast was standard, and I want to highlight the excellent service from Hugo and Carlos at reception, who were always attentive to the guests' needs and well-being. The hotel has a pool table, a work area, a gym, and an indoor pool.

I paid over $200 a night for a month and the hotel did not provide housekeeping everyday. I had to beg everyday for housekeeping and even then, some days they did not provide housekeeping. I have stayed at countless hotels around the world, some only charge around $100 or even less, but they all provided cleaning every day. This hotel does not understand the concept of hospitality and customer service. Very disappointing and sad. Also, breakfast as very bland and not tasty and same thing every day.

Great overall, the Wifi is trash though.
