Nova Inn Resort Boynton/Delray Beach – Frisch renoviertes Boutique-Resort

This place is terrible I paid in full 5 days before arriving only to get here and my room not be available. Was offered a room they called an upgrade and it was less than par for the course. I reserved a king suite and was given a full suite "upgraded room." Not a single switch works for any lamp in the room. The electricity was turned off at the breaker for the kitchen appliances. The fan for the hood in the kitchen made a clank sound as the fan turned. The floors were completely dirty, when I showered I had the shower on fully hot and the water never got hot it was luke warm at best and to top it all off the TV in the bedroom wouldn't work so there was no relaxing in bed to finish off the evening. I would 💯 not recommend this place to anyone

IT TOOK TWENTY MINUTES TO SECURE MY PHONE RESERVATION WITH A LO NG WINDED AGENT WHO EVEN WXPECTED A RATING FO T HER PERFORMANCE BOOKING MY ROOM..SOO I CALLED TO CONFIR M BEFORE I LEFT AND FRONT DESK PERSON TOLD ME MO REDERVATION HAD BEEN MADE TONIGHT OR FOR THE. B EXT DAY...THIS CRAZY GAL SPENT ALOT OF MY TIME LOOKING FIR A 5 STAR GREAT JOB SHE GAVE THAT SHE HOT SOO INVOLVED WITH HERSELF SHE.FORGOT TO BOOK MY RESERVATION! WHAT A NO VALUED PERFORMANCE .NO GOOD.. NOT A STAR IN MY OPINION! ANOTHER FLORIDA UNBELIEVABLE UNVALUABLE EVENT. CARIN LEXI C

Other reviews share our impression. The receptionist was incredibly unfriendly! We tried to make two jokes, and the police were called. We booked a different hotel. The police were very friendly and told us that this hotel wasn't good anyway. The receptionist was anything but funny.

Rooms are clean, A.C worked amazingly. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Had a new smart t.v with all the streaming apps, which is usually annoying only having cable at most hotels. Great experience.Definitely recommend!

Warning if you come with pets or if you have babies, I like to run around barefoot it can’t have harsh chemicals on their skin warning as I have just observed because I had to be in the room while my cats are locked up made service. They spray harsh chemicals on the floor and don’t rinse it. It was an overwhelming scent of like bleach ammonia all over my floor that I just had to rinse off myself after the maids leave so my cats would not get sick and die. Do not stay here if you have pets.
