I've been coming here since April, and it's now September, but there's been absolutely no progress with my transgender transition process.Never come here, or if you do come here, I couldn't complain to the doctors because I don't speak English, but you should, because the doctors here are terrible.He's just waiting for the time to pass and brushing it off, that's all.
very good attitude of doctors. those who write negative reviews simply did not visit clinics in other countries and do not understand what a bad attitude means.
Phone service is poor. No one answers the general lines, the wiat is long then it automatically hangs up.
Dr Lesley Field and Dr Gabriella are both fantastic, very thoughtful, very respectful, and made me feel taken care of. REVISING MY FORMER 5 STAR REVIEW: I love all the doctors at CL, but the admin and back office is terrible and makes the experience a pain. Getting my prep Labs done here has been confusing and a lot more work than it needs to be.
This place is amazing! I have worked in — and been to — A LOT of clinics that are free, low-income and/or LGBTQ focused and this clinic is the best by far. The folks at the pharmacy work tirelessly even when they are slammed, the front desk is beyond helpful, and the providers are top notch. Couldn’t be more appreciative of these angels!
the "doctor my shoulder hurts when i touch it" "then dont touch it. that will be $60" joke was made about the practitioners at this clinic
