Award-winning Buffalo singer-songwriter DeeAnn is captivating audiences with her latest single, “Simply Beautiful,” a soulful, blues-infused reinterpretation of Al Green’s classic. Following the success of her acclaimed debut album, It’s My Time (2023), she was named Jazz Female Vocalist of the Year in the 10th Annual JazzBuffalo Poll, with It’s My Time also recognized as Best Jazz Album.
Her newest release, “Kiss of Life,” a fresh take on Sade’s classic, launches an exciting collaboration with legendary producer Ted Perlman, whose credits include Whitney Houston, Burt Bacharach, Bob Dylan, Diana Ross, and Ringo Starr. Together, they are creating a new album that blends original songs with soulful reinterpretations of beloved classics.
