Nicole at the front desk was great and so helpful!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel. We arrived at 8:30 PM to no one at the front desk and a sign saying they stepped away and to have a seat while waiting. I waited for 10 minutes before the front desk showed up. She was incredibly rude during the entire interaction. I finally could not take her attitude any more so I said to her “I really hope you have a better evening. Customer service goes a long way.” She slammed the paperwork down on the counter and started yelling at me about how guest services go along way and how busy she is and how they are at capacity. I did not entertain this childish outburst and continued with the interaction. She knew what she did was wrong and quickly tried to change her tune. Too little, too late. We paid a lot of money due to the fact of the events over the weekend and I expect more. If you are at capacity, maybe additional employees need to be working. I will never stay at another AmericInn again. Do better.

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean and updated rooms. Noise was as expected from a motel. No road noise.

We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. The breakfast was a typical continental one. Their staff, especially Nicole, was kind & hospitable. And the front desk manager, Tyler, was efficient and helpful when we had a schedule mixup and needed to adjust our checkout time. Will definitely stay here again.

No hot water at 9:30 PM or 8 AM. Told the desk clerk and he said, "yeah. We hear that a lot". The mattress was so hard that I threw the pillows on the floor and slept 2 whole hours on the floor. Worst night in a motel ever. Will not be back!

breakfast was awesome, clean rooms and friendly staff!

Everything was great except for the lack of hot water at the room, which never came. After talking with staff it seems the hotel was built with the water heaters at the far end of the hall away from the lobby and relies on usage in order for hot water to get to your room. When I stayed there, there were only 3 guests the entire night. The breakfast was awesome with tons of bacon and sausage.

Room was nice and clean. We slept really good! The breakfast wasn't much to talk about. An average hotel breakfast. Nothing was restocked while we sat and ate some yogurt and toast. When we arrived for breakfast at 645 am the eggs were gone and sausage almost gone. Never saw anyone refilling anything.
