Street racing in front of hotel until 2:00 in the morning. We got no sleep. Will never visit Charlotte again.

Stayed here for our anniversary this past weekend. The room was okay but not what I expected. We were looking to stay close to the Bank of America Stadium and have a rooftop bar at the hotel. I put those in the search engine but what we actually had when we arrived was a rooftop(occupied by a wedding) not a bar and the hotel is located on the opposite side of the Bank of America Stadium. We stayed because we paid and whatever. But we didn't get any sleep when it was time to go to be between the loud and constant revving of car engines passing by and the constant police sirens. We were on the 14th floor. There is absolute no noise cancelling built into this hotel. You hear everything outside. We did eat in the restaurant downstairs a couple of times and the food was decent. But we'll never stay here again for sure. Definitely don't recommend.

Here for the cookies! Not impressed with rooms (small bathrooms, paid for corner room but nothing special about it) but location is great. Easy walking distance to Spectrum and many bars/restaurants in Uptown area (also very close to train). That said, if you're sensitive to noise, it can get kind of noisy with loud cars/motorcycles driving through area

Prime time location in the heart of Charlotte. This hotel has been through a full Hilton revamp, starting with new management. Abulfazl is 5⭐️ leader on site. Thanks for always taking care of me.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a concert and had a mixed experience. When my concert was rescheduled after I originally booked in February, the staff was very helpful and accommodating in adjusting my reservation. I truly appreciated that. Unfortunately, several issues arose during our stay. When I added a second room for my mother, younger sister, and her friend, we were under the impression that the hotel had a pool because it was featured in the photos. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no pool available. We were also surprised by additional fees that were not clearly disclosed during the booking process. At check-in, we were told our rooms were connected. However, the adjoining door would not work with the key card. My mother had to return to the front desk, and we were ultimately moved to a different room. What was confusing is that a technician was sent to repair the original room, leaving us wondering why we couldn’t simply stay there once it was fixed. The hotel felt more geared toward an upscale adult crowd than families. If you are traveling with children, this may not be the best fit. Between the lack of family-friendly amenities and the unexpected fees, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The biggest positive was the location, which was within walking distance of the concert venue. While the staff was helpful in some situations, the issues we encountered would make me think twice before staying here again.

All online information about this hotel shows a pool. They do not have one. That's the entire reason I chose this.place. Rooms are very small and the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom offering no privacy, no microwave, and they charge you $32 to park in the garage even if you are renting a room there. The Starbucks wasn't even open. I would not stay here again.

Front desk staff awesome and accommodating. Rooms a little bit worn. Great weekend though

Great location close to Carolina Theater and plenty of restaurant choices. Parking Deck right beside hotel with easy self parking. No problems whatsoever.
