Your phone ap is not working and your website is hit or miss as far as trying to get on it to book or check my schedule. Your staff is great, but they also acknowledge that you have tremendous technical problems and they didn't have solution either. At least I appreciate their honesty. I have paid for a month and then I'll go from there. I love the facilities but I'm to busy to combat technical access issues

Perfect day date! We booked the social sauna and shower. Upon entering the building, the facilities were clean and inviting. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and professional. Every staff member that we encountered was complimentary, helpful, and engaging. The atmosphere was pleasant. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We both immediately shared that we felt more alert and energized. It was a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return in the future. Thank y’all!

This place is hands down fighting seasonal depression and winter blues. I am feeling the mental benefits the most plus some self care. I love tacking on a shower after a sauna session and the rooms are so clean every visit!

One of the favorite parts of my week. New to red light and infrared sauna but in the last 5 weeks I’ve already seen and felt changes in my physical and mental health. The saunas are great with iPads that hook up to the individual speakers so you can watch or listen to whatever you please. I also enjoy the ability to take a shower after (which you can reserve at no added cost). Highly recommend!

The equipment was great but the staff had absolutely no idea what was going on. No idea how much was on our gift card, sent us to dirty rooms (not cleaned yet from previous people as we stand in the hallway in literally just a towel), didn’t have what was promised in room after it was actually cleaned but no one was at the front desk so i had to go find them in the break room (still in said towel) then we couldn’t even check out bc the system suddenly crashed (sometimes i understand this happen but in this situation it was just another thing on top of the rest). Would totally go back for the red light and sauna but i feel like there’s still a few kinks to workout staff wise for the whole session to go smoothly.

Beem is hands down my go-to spot for sauna and red light therapy in Chattanooga. Yes, there are other options in the area … but in a place like this, the cleanliness, brightness, and attention to detail really set it apart. Everything feels fresh, high-vibe, and meticulously maintained, which matters more than ever when you’re prioritizing wellness. The staff? Truly a delight. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making your experience relaxing and restorative. That kind of service is rare these days. I had a fantastic experience at the local infrared sauna and red light therapy studio—the staff are super friendly, everything was clean, relaxing, and incredibly rejuvenating.
