Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel

Close to airport . They have shuttle to airport every 30 Mins. 3 am to midnight 12. Rooms are super clean and comfy. Staff is very polite and helpful. There is restraint in lobby area with variety of food options.

Great place to call home when in Chicago for work. Service is great, especially when the room needs fixing and Engineer Yvonne takes care of things. Rick in the lounge is great as well!

My experience with Marriott Partners has never been disappointing across North America. This was also another pleasant one. Staff at this location were super nice and helpful, a shoutout to Sharon and Steven for their wonderful service. Though I wish it was easier to reach for room service easier and faster, since the reception is always busy.

I enjoyed my stay. It was very peaceful, comfortable and convenient. The check in agent was so nice! All employees i encountered were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is lovely! They have an airport shuttle. They have a lovely restaurant with delicious food. There is a Star Bucks in the lobby! There is a gym. The hotel is near the airport but not at the airport. You can see the planes as they land but cannot hear them.

Very good hotel, very comfortable and functional

Stayed at the Renaissance for 4 nights with my husband and toddler. Pros: -Spacious suite - Staff are accommodating (Ex 1: needed a tub for my toddler, so I called ahead of time to double check on the tub and they were able to switch my room w/ no additional charges. Ex 2: needed a microwave but it didn't come with the room. Told the front desk about it and they sent one up while we were out and about) - Close to target, Walmart, hmart, etc. - A/c unit was great and easy to use - Starbucks is inside the hotel - Pool was warm - Great view; overlooked the highway and saw planes going out constantly which was cool Cons: - Rooms are a little dated (had peeling wallpaper) - Parking ramp charges $40/night - Security deposit was $100/night - Leaky faucet in the bathroom - Slow draining shower drain (probably due to hair clogging the drain) - Some light switches lead to nothing. We had to manually turn on the lamp in order to light up the bedroom rather than flipping a switch.
