Jack's on Halsted

Service was excellent, everyone was very nice. The food was expensive for what it was, and not particularly unique or exceptional in its quality.

Sat at the bar for happy hour - everything was on point.

Was in Chicago visiting a friend. Spent the day exploring the city and ended our day at Drew’s. Fantastic atmosphere, drinks and food. Friendly staff. Will definitely put it on my list to visit next time I’m in Chicago.

Drew’s is one of our favorite neighborhood spots! The food is divine and the service is fast, friendly, and make you feel at home. Rob was our server tonight and he was an absolute joy! We’ll continue coming back, even if it’s just to see Rob.

I'm not sure I've ever had a dining experience such as this, it was a bit bizarre. I had friends in from out of town and I brought them to Drew's on Halsted. I wanted to give them a lovely Chicago brunch experience, but we were met with a confusing and disconnected host and wait staff, misinformation about the soup of the day which led to a downgrade, and the most uninspired Eggs Benedict. I historically have left 5 star marks on hundreds of restaurants, either for them being top tier or myself being easy to please. I always look for the positives and I'm rarely a harsh critic, but little went right on this visit, and I was left embarrassed to have chosen Drew's to bring my friends for their last Chicago meal before heading back home. The only moment that felt welcoming during our entire meal was with the gentleman who was refilling our coffee. His smile and kindness earned a whole star.

The service was impeccable.

Come see Rob!!! Best server ever, such a sweetheart and so attentive. He took care of me and my girls in the best way ever. Great drinks and spent hours here.
