ABSOLUTELY disgusting! $160 for one night of gross, smelly and filthy accommodation. I had to go and purchase cleaning items just to use the bathroom. The worst experience ever in a national chain hotel. Simply unbelievable. It will never happen again! The owners here should be embarrassed.

Zero stars. Where do I start with how poorly managed and run this location is? Standing water in our bathtub for three days; a sink which drained INTO THE TUB and not to the sewer; smokey bed sheets, towels and bed cover; a manager who "will call us back within the hour, I promise said the front desk person" and never did; food crusted on the inside of the microwave; no plate in the microwave to hold your food.

Room was dirty and the fridge unplugged and leaking water all night all over the floor. Management was aware. The worst part was the when taking a shower. There was not a way to get a normal temp. It was either scalding hot or absolutely freezing. I had 2 rooms for my family and both were lile that. I have stayed before and never had a problem. I don't think I will ever stay again.

There was no room service. Our towels were dirty from the get go and our mini fridge did not work. I went to the front desk and let the employee know. He gave me fresh towels, but nothing was done about the fridge. After using the same towels for 3 days and our garbage overflowing, I went to the front desk and complained. They finally sent housekeeping up. I got up in the middle of night to use the restroom, and killed a cockroach. The tub was dirty with hairs and spiders. Also the top ledge of the shower wall had dirt built up. It was reasonably priced, but it wasn't worth it because of the dirt and bugs.

The bathroom shower does not work due to low water pressure. It needs a new tankless, hot water.Heater because of the landscape buildup. The bathroom walls were absolutely disgusting. Only two towels in the bathroom. All the front desk will tell you is lies.

Collected $50 pet deposit and said it would take 7-14 days to refund it. The refund should be immediate. TV in the room did not work and there was no hot water. I complained about the hot water issue at check out and then called their 800 number to complain; the CSR at the 800 number told me the front desk said I did not report the hot water issue. For the $160 charged, pay a bit more and stay at the Marriott properties nearby.
