Out of the Closet - Columbus

I like this place, but if you're going to close the dressing rooms 30 minutes before the store closes, that needs to be posted. We were verbally welcomed inside, which would have been a great time to let us know that the dressing rooms were closing in 10 minutes

I love the use of space within the facility. They seem to have some really great deals if you’re willing to look around for a while. I love that they work for a good cause. They have safe sex resources throughout the store, as well as flyers and a pharmacy in the back. I really liked the variety of items they carry. It wasn’t hard to find a parking spot close by, although you have to pay.

Not nice as it was however u can get tested for hiv not sure of other test

I had a scheduled pickup today, but the driver asked me over the phone if my apartment was on the lower or top level. I told him that my apartment is above my garage. He then tells me they can't pick my items up because of liability because of being on the top floor. But when I made the scheduled pickup, this question was never asked. Trying to donate items, but out of the closet is too picky.

This awful place tows your car despite not having any signage in front of the main parking lot, and on a Sunday!!

Really nice store! However, the selection isn’t huge and the nicer items are priced a little high, in my opinion.

Extremely kind staff. I have never had a bad experience with these people. The furniture selection in the last year has been amazing! I would recommend going, if you ever find yourself in the area.
