Don’t expect any customer service even mid day. We never got check in details. I called the number listed and nobody picked up. There was an automated text response which nobody was monitoring. They gave us the wrong entry code so we sat outside the place for a half hour trying to get in or contact someone before they responded. Idiots gave me the wrong code. Place smells like a musty and moldy. Don’t waste your money here.

This building has a cockroach infestation. Would not recommend staying here.

This was a scam we call for someone to come out and no one ever came… we talk to the people that where able to get into their place and they said they did not have any service what so ever. We tried to call and they stopped answering our phone calls to get into the residence .. if you stay I would advise you not to… they will charge you cleaning fees or you will not be able to get into your room I’ve added photos to show the actual reservation time was for yesterday the 6th since the owner insist on replying that we had been there a few day. Also screen shot Of time of attempt to check in at 9ish that evening. Like I stated before this is a scam The owner also didn’t reply or pick up calls for 2 hours I’ll be happy to post those records also

I didn't see the fine print assuming it was like other properties I had stayed at where Agoda charged all cost only to fine I had to pay a clean up fee. Which covered a professional cleaner to come in and clean after my stay which had been utilized via the previous renters and that the unit I had rented had been professionally cleaned and a walk-through had been performed only to find the kitchen sink disgusting and the ceiling fans with 3 inches of accumulated dust completely disgusting and false claims of prior cleaning... I feel scammed all around........ Replying to the owners reply!!!!! I was texting with your worker after this was posted we addressed my missing earring and have been ignored I also asked for a refund for my unclean room and am now 100% ignored.... I was not asking for the hotel cost back only the cleaning fee but now that this is escalated I believe I should fully reimbursed especially since I will never get my jewelry back... It's really a horrible feeling to feel helpless but my sister said there is legal action I can look into if not resolved. This is not custom service at all!!!!

CITYPLACE BNB: Would give zero if possible, upon arrival the entire unit was completely different from flooring, the fridge, bed room, walls and furniture. NOTHING matched the photos the tv was much smaller and the “mirror” that was supposed to be a vanity was broken. Dirty dishes put up in the cabinet as well as dirty dishes in the dishwasher so there was a foul odor. Sink faucet is also broken, when changed to the spray mode it leaks and sprays out profusely and the screw attached to the knob to turn the sink on comes off very easily, I feel as though most things in this unit were quickly purchased on amazon and last minute renovated. This leads me to believe they hardly cleaned at all. It’s also zero ventilation in the room/ building so the humidity is terrible, sleep with the ac unit on and it’s freezing but sweating whenever you get in the bed. The unit is also in between a gentrified area so the building is extremely old. Definitely do not book this building spend the extra for something better.

When I first walked in there was a horrible smell. I overlooked it nothing Febreeze couldn't handle. I went to check the restroom and the toilet had urine stains. I told myself I can overlook it and clean myself. That night after settling in and going to sleep, the upstairs neighbor began stomping. I requested to change rooms after a while I got a response and told myself I was just doing too much I'm settled there, & I'll stay. The stomping became irritating when it woke me out of my sleep. It went on throughout the night and my whole stay only getting louder and more constant. The host said they would talk to the guest, but that did nothing. The walls were super thin I could hear the neighbor cussing his cat out in the middle of the night. I also heard the other neighbor during a domestic dispute next door and had to call 911. I didn't even want to leave that space after that. I also had a random guy knock on my door late at night, obviously under the influence looking for someone. The washer didn't work so my clothes sat in water for awhile. The "dog park" wasnt clean and had dog poo everywhere. The place wasnt cleaned how they said it was. After doing my leaving duties I finally found all the dishes and silverware in the dishwasher. It didn't ruin my trip but I know my trip would've been a lot better had this place not been what feels like a traphouse with a slumlord. This whole experience was just bizarre this place needs to be investigated and or shut down

The place was completely dirty, not at all hygienic for a 3-year-old. We stayed there because of its location near my family, but we had problems from the very beginning because they didn't answer, when we tried to put the access code and didn't work, which judging by other reviews, doesn't seem to change regularly. They had to give us a key. The shower was in bad shape and desperately needed maintenance. There were cockroaches, and the sink was filthy. I had to buy bleach, a scouring pad, and dish soap to wash the dishes that were already dirty before we arrived and to wash what we used. They don't even provide anything for you to clean yourself. My daughter couldn't go barefoot because the floor was covered in dust, dog and human hair, it also felt sticky. I don't understand why check-in is so late if they don't even clean, and check-out is so early. Leaving and returning the key was another problem because there was no safe place to leave it, and they didn't answer. A very bad experience. The only good coment is that the park near is very nice.

Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standards I expected based on the listing. The property was unclean, had an unpleasant odor, and appeared old and poorly maintained. The condition of the space did not match the photos advertised online, which seemed edited to present a newer and more appealing environment. I felt misled and disappointed, as the reality was drastically different from what was promised.

The room is in a very bad shape! Everything is dirty, dishes, sink, also they don't have the proper things of a house, no enough silverware. I asked them to come and clean, and they never came. I asked for more towels, because we are 3, we just got 2, and they never brought it! The bathtub was in a very bad conditions, it flooded, and it is old! They don't have cleaning stuffs like broom, mop, bucket to clean! The sofa has stains and a cigarette burn. The blinds are in a bad shape too. All the dishes with stains, the sink too. I will never come back here, it doesn't worth it!! The lock of the door didn't work, I have to use a key instead, they said they will come to fix, and they never come!! Definitely I will asked for a refund, my daughter clean the place! I don't recommend to stay here!

Very nice place to stay

It’s so hard to find reasonable places to stay when you have multiple pets. Our complex was doing maintenance and we needed to find someplace to stay at the last minute that would accommodate cats. No pet fee and right at downtown dallas? This was a lifesaver! Our room was clean, the ac worked too well honestly (it was cold!) and it was quiet. It was a short stay but a great stay. Would definitely visit again.

The location is great, and the easy access to the Airbnb made everything so much smoother. Wonderful Host !
