Borderland Rainbow Center

The Borderland Rainbow Center is El Paso's LGBTQ+ community center, at 2714 Wyoming Avenue in central El Paso. Opened in 2016, it's the region's central hub for queer support and services on the U.S. side of the border. The center offers counseling and sliding-scale therapy, peer support groups (including groups for transgender individuals and their families and for LGBTQ+ teens), and practical resources such as a food pantry, and it maintains a local directory of LGBTQ+-affirming providers. For visitors, it's the best first point of contact for current information on El Paso's community events and resources. It works closely with El Paso Sun City Pride and other local groups, anchoring much of the city's organized LGBTQ+ life.
