Ramada by Wyndham Fargo

This was my third stay at this facility. Overall a good stay. Some meeting rooms were very warm.

This hotel is disgusting, please do NOT stay at this hotel. Ever.

Great location however the hotel need a renovation and the staff they have to get a customer service training.

Rooms are dated, and dusty. The faucet is annoying as well as the creaking sound of the bathroom door. The carpet is also dirty. The staff were okay but can be improved. The only thing good about this hotel is the location.

Awful experience from the second I stepped foot on the property to the second I left and even after that while dealing with the refund process. The rudeness exceeds any other rudeness I’ve ever experienced. The water slide is about to collapse at any moment, barely anchored to the ground. The rooms smell weird, they were tiny and I was shocked with how they handled an emergency situation in their overly crowded pool. Left an hour into our stay!

Advise against going there. Room smell tobacco. Went for business and they could not provide a receipt for expenses report. Emailed them twice and no answer from them.

Great stay at the Ramada! My son was well rested to take his test at 8am the next morning. Dropped him off, came back to have a great continental breakfast.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! First and most important is price to accommodation. Completely fails. Way overpriced for being so incredibly old and run down. The carpets are just nasty, the rooms are not nice in any way, everything is dated to no end. I really feel gross in here. The room smells of Marijuana from the second you open the door. Every person I have seen in the place looks super freaking sketchy! Won't stay here again, not even if they paid me!

What started as a standard business stay quickly spiraled into one of the most unprofessional, disgusting, and outright racist encounters I've ever had at a hotel. Let me set the scene. I was on day five of my stay, minding my own business as a paying guest. I left early for work and, in my rush, forgot to settle the nightly room charge—my oversight, I'll own that. Within minutes, I called the front desk, explained the situation calmly, and assured them I'd swing by during my lunch break to take care of it in full. No big deal, right? Wrong. My wife, who was still at the hotel, went down shortly after to pay the balance herself. That's when the nightmare began. Instead of accepting payment like any reasonable business would, the staff outright refused to continue renting us the room. Their reason? They claimed we were "white privileged" and essentially implied that was why they were kicking us out. Let that sink in. In 2026, at a supposedly professional hotel chain, we're being denied service based on the color of our skin and some twisted notion of "privilege." It was shocking, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. We were loyal, paying guests who had already stayed nearly a week without issue, and they tossed us aside with zero regard for basic customer service or common decency. But the discrimination was only the rotten cherry on top of a moldy sundae. This hotel is filthy from top to bottom. The rooms smelled like a musty basement that hadn't seen a vacuum in months. Stains on the carpet that looked suspiciously like old food and worse, dust bunnies the size of small animals under the beds, and bathrooms that made me question if they had ever been properly sanitized. The hallways were even worse—gross, dingy, with questionable odors wafting around and lighting so dim you could barely see the trash and debris scattered about. And don't even get me started on the amenities. The indoor pool? A disgusting cesspool of yellow foam floating on the surface like some toxic science experiment. I wouldn't let my worst enemy dip a toe in that water. The stairs were slick with grime, handrails sticky, and the whole place just screamed "we don't care about cleanliness or our guests." For the price they charge, you'd expect at least basic standards of hygiene. Instead, it felt like a budget motel that had given up on life years ago. The staff's attitude throughout was cold, dismissive, and borderline hostile even before the racial nonsense. No apologies, no attempt to resolve the payment issue fairly—just immediate escalation to kicking us out. This isn't how you treat customers, especially ones who've been staying with you for days. Ramada Inn Fargo, you should be ashamed. Between the revolting conditions, the failure to maintain even minimal cleanliness, and the blatant discrimination, you've earned every bit of this one-star rating. I will never stay here again, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to choose literally any other hotel in the area. There are far better options that won't insult you, overcharge you, and then leave you scrambling for new accommodations mid-trip. Do yourself a favor: steer clear. This place is a total rip-off and a disgrace to the Ramada name. Never again.
