Fresno Reel Pride Film Festival

Reel Pride is Fresno's LGBTQ+ film festival, run every September by a volunteer non-profit and billed as the sixth-oldest LGBTQ film festival in the US. Screenings are mainly at the Tower Theatre on Olive Avenue, the 1939 Art Deco cinema at the heart of the Tower District, with extra events at the ViSTA Theater, the Arts Annex and nearby bars including Splash and Vibez Lounge.
The 37th festival, themed "Reel Community", ran from 17 to 20 September 2026. A separate youth film festival followed in October.
The 2027 dates had not been announced at the time of writing; past editions have run over a long weekend in mid-to-late September. Check reelpride.com for the programme and passes.
