Stayed here on the weekend for an event, the rooms are ok the bathrooms are terrible the ac barley worked the worse thing was the huge cockroaches outside the hotel were absolutely the worse experience with this hotel the cockroach spray was a headache I was extremely shocked by how many there was downstairs and baby ones upstairs I felt like I couldn’t be comfortable and sleep well with this hotel after seeing that

Great location with a stand-up staff! Clean rooms, all the amenities I need to feel at home. Highly recommend!!!

Room was sleep able I guess. I've seen worse so this isnt that bad but when we arrived, beds had little hairs on the sheets. I think this from the the way they wash though. Everything you put in the washer needs to be shaken beforehand so that the hairs and lent fall off. That is for every process... Before washing, after washing and before folding.. Yes, it was clean however it looked as if the floor has not been swept. Oh and as far as the parking 🙄 that's just not cool. This should be mentioned somewhere and it is not. A total surprise when you check in.

I'm reporting them to the health authorities. They refused to refund my Money after leaving because their jacuzzi suite has black mold. I'm allergic and had a severe reaction to the room. Getting the room from Expedia the front desk admitted to the mold. When down grading my room they gave me as a single woman a room with a broken window. There's so much male traffic I couldn't even sleep. I checked in at 10pm and left as soon as Expedia tried offering a solution. Which in the end ended in me not getting refunded. Even though their room is unsafe on a health level. Leaving me in another state on a vacation during the weekend with no other room to find.

Yes. I posted three comments from different accounts just to get your attention. I am sorry that you employ such staff—people who are rude and ill-mannered. If she is tired of working, she should step aside and make room for more worthy employees—those who actually value the hotel's guests.

Appalling attitude from a staff member—a petite young woman wearing glasses. Her behavior was extremely rude. You simply shouldn't treat regular. I asked to speak with the manager, but she told me to leave and stop interfering with their work. I wasn't rude; I didn't say anything offensive. It’s a pity that my English isn't very good. Otherwise, I probably would have made it clear to her that one simply cannot speak to people that way. It felt like discrimination. She took advantage of the fact that I couldn't talk back. I sat there for a long time, but the manager never showed up.

On March 29, 2026, at 5:30 PM, a petite female employee wearing glasses was on duty. She spoke to me very rudely. I was staying in Room 119. This was not my first time booking a stay at this hotel. I simply wanted to sit down across from her to ask a few questions regarding my stay, as well as a question about making a future reservation; however, she rudely shooed me away. Honestly, this came as a complete surprise to me. This was my second visit to this hotel. The hotel staff are generally very friendly, but this particular young woman behaved very poorly. I have recommended your hotel to many people in the past, but I will no longer do so. I believe that when an employee is on duty, it is both normal and appropriate to sit down at their desk to ask a few questions. But that’s not all. When I entered the lobby to make myself some coffee, she was talking to another young woman; apparently, I interrupted them. She asked me several times if I needed anything—even though she could clearly see that I was in the process of making coffee. I left the area, but then returned, thinking that I might actually be able to get the information I needed from her. However, I certainly did not expect to be treated in such a manner. It is a shame that, in some instances, hotels lose guests due to the incompetence of their staff members. It is truly regrettable. The fact is, I do not speak English very well, so I wasn't even able to explain to her just how unpleasant that experience was for me.

One star for safety factor. Original room I was placed in was on the 2nd floor which had a window that would not completely close do to an improper installation and as a result the large parking lot facing window does not lock. I requested a different room. The second room I was placed in was on the first floor, and the same issue of an improper fitting window that would not lock. It’s clearly a known issue as the girl in thr office made a comment that she forgets which rooms have windows that work. 3rd time was the charm. Finally a room with a functioning window. I won’t be staying here again.
