I love coming to their lounge. Always amazing vibes. The BEST customer service. Meagan and Sarah were my bartenders and I’ve never laughed so hard in my life. Such a great time always. Will keep coming back!

Meagan and Will were literally the best bartenders I’ve had. Amazing craft cocktails served with an attitude that lit up the courtyard. Would get drinks here 10 days a week!

This property is next level! You wouldn’t even know you’re in Houston. It almost feels like you are in a little jungle in Mexico. The greenery around this hotel is such a vibe…. The fact that they are playing a little bit of music as you walk around the pathways is also such a vibe. The chill pool. The friendly neighborhood. A total luxury boutique hidden from the world yet close to everything! Absolutely five stars all the way across and through! The most memorable part of the day is the service. Both Anna and Dierick Really made us feel special not just from the moment we walked in, but from the moment I placed a phone call ahead of our trip. I had a special surprise celebration for my husband who just wants some film awards- And these two did not disappoint in helping us celebrate in every way. We literally felt like king and queens when we got there. Any place can be beautiful, but a place where the staff makes you feel so special truly makes a difference and has lasting impact. A huge thanks to these two and the entire staff! Our room was spotless. The landscaping is incredible.. You can tell that the entire team really does their part! I love being a Hyatt globalist and I love getting a chance to discover fun hotels like this! Thank you so much Saint Augustine for such a special stay!
