Pleasantly surprised at this little hotel - I stayed two nights for a work event, and it was such a cool stay, for lack of a better word. The room was *super* clean, so was the bathroom. All of the fixtures and lighting were unconventional and didn't have a cookie-cutter feel. We had dinner one evening, and lunch the next day in a private meeting space. Dinner was good. Appetizers were excellent. Roof top bar was the best - the weather was perfect to be outdoors and the view was fun also. The staff was great. Would I go back? Absolutely.

For over $250 a night, I am not impressed. Had an extended stay here almost 2 weeks due to a family member in hospital..Daily room cleaning was sketchy at best. We had to demand daily cleaning and were told that a touch up was completed for extended stay guests daily, not a full-service cleaning. I was applaud because we continued to pay full service prices. I never heard of this before. That being said, carpets weren't vacuumed, beds were not made (covers pulled up) and restroom was not cleaned to my satisfaction daily especiallythe toilet. Moreover, we canceled the last few days of our stay due to the family member being released and were charged a $150 cancelation fee. I'm a Hilton Honors member 🤣😂 Never again.

Very nice, great location for restaurants or a night out

The staff are very friendly, always smiling, and ready to meet guests' needs. The room was very spacious, the breakfast offered a wide selection to suit everyone, and the restaurant also served excellent food. The location is ideal for finding bars and restaurants.

Rooftop bar was not open during my stay due to a private party. It was advertised as an available amenity falsely by Hilton. This was the entire reason for my stay because I love high floor/ rooftop views of the city. It was a total waste of money.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel that truly stood out with its chic style and great location in Huntsville. The facility itself is impressive, bringing a refreshing aesthetic to the area. I want to highlight the exceptional customer service, particularly from the staff who welcomed me upon my afternoon arrival. As someone who travels a lot for business, I found this stay to be a quick yet noteworthy experience. However, I did encounter a few concerns that I believe are important to address. While I appreciate the overall experience, the communication regarding additional fees and charges could be clearer. Typically, extra fees are outlined more transparently at other establishments I’ve visited. For instance, I found the parking costs for valet service to be surprisingly high, almost matching the cost of my stay. Additionally, due to some changes in my travel plans related to work, I needed to check out earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I was charged an early checkout fee that was quite steep, similar to the price of an additional night’s stay. So, if you are someone with a fluctuating schedule, especially related to business, this might not be the best place for you. However, if you have a solid plan and are looking for a place to enjoy a vacation with romantic significant other or for leisure, this hotel could be just what you need. In summary, while this hotel is a beautiful place to visit with great amenities and friendly staff, I advise future guests to be prepared for potential unexpected charges. A clearer understanding of fees from the outset would enhance the overall experience. It’s a wonderful hotel, just make sure to clarify all costs upfront to avoid any surprises, especially on a quick business trip.

Best layover we have in the system. Tiffany and Maryelisbeth were awesome upon checkin. Paul made sure my stay was awesome as well. Thank you for everything!

Beautifully finished with easy access and fun amenities! Rooms were quiet and spacious.
