I’ve enjoyed myself everytime i’ve came here so far. Last time the bouncer told me my ID was fake (it’s not) and made me jump through hoops to prove it wasn’t. Very uncomfortable experience, be warned if you have an out of state ID.

We were asked to leave after someone falsely accused us of something, and staff didn’t bother to verify anything before acting. Disappointing experience and not a place I’d feel comfortable returning to let alone any black person who isn’t a lesbian.

So fun!! I love the shows. And the atmosphere couldn't be better! This was my first ever bar/club experience and I had the best time! And have went back since <3

the white lady was very micro aggressive towards me and kept barking at me "no" like i was a dog rather than explaining why i couldn't sit on the stairwell. i kept asking her why and what was going on but she refused to do anything to yell no at me

This shorter blond woman that wrote her Q hat on backwards works here, and was extremely rude to me on 2/28/26. It was my first time coming here and I asked her a question about the facility, and she shut me down immediately. I felt very ignored. I had just showed up and was immensely turned off. I understand if it was a stupid question, but she made me feel unwelcomed

First and last time I’m ever coming to this bar. Came here to celebrate a personal gathering with friends and security got up in all of our business which was not cool at all.

Used to think this place was amazing. A place where my friends and I could feel free and safe and included in our community. And then there were several occasions in which management simply fell short. One of my friends was belittled and dismissed when someone legally not allowed around her was allowed into the bar. Another friend was dismissed when a grown man came up to her and grabbed her ass. On my last time going the same manager as all these other incidents was extremely rude and kept trying to touch our friend without consent. He had been throwing up inside a trashcan and we were all attempting to bring him outside. One gentleman who worked there was incredibly kind and helpful, but the shorter woman with curly hair was God-awful and rude and kept trying to lay her hands on him AS we carried him out. Used to love this club. But that one manager is rancid.

Usually have lots of fun at Q. The atmosphere is nice and the music’s not that bad, but something needs to be done about the management. One of my friends threw up during our last outing and as we were trying to help them down the stairs the manager shouted at us and kept saying that she would grab my friend and carry them out herself. Nobody should ever put their hands on (or threaten to put their hands on) anybody else if they’ve been told no several times. That behavior from the manager of a place that is mean to be a safe space is unacceptable and rude. Especially because we were actively attempting to leave. This is not the first run-in with this manager our group has had. A few months ago I was groped by a man right outside the restroom and when I reported it, the manager treated me as if I were the problem. I even saw him there the next weekend harassing another group. All the rest of the staff at Q are wonderful (especially Ronan, who is usually at the front and has been very helpful in the past) but the manager needs some more training.

I’ve been a regular here since it opened on Valentines. Loved this club and hand many good times there. Tonight I saw a guy taking stealth photos of a young woman. I alerted the woman of it while my spouse got security to help. He didn’t deny it at first just said “wow really?” As if surprised I ratted him out, his husband jumped to his defense so I said “hey if I’m wrong just pull up the last photo in your camera roll and prove it. There’s no harm if you weren’t taking her photo. But I definitely saw you taking MULTIPLE photos of her”. Security got there started talking to the man’s husband, who basically said “my husband is gay he wouldn’t take upskirt photos”- during which they left the guy who was accused of taking the photo go back inside??? Like they didn’t talk to the guy who was accused until AFTER he came back outside. I informed owner, Lance, of the situation and he said to let his manager handle it then, “oh why would X take an upshot photo of a woman?” Manager bought him and his friends a round of beers for the trouble and the girl and her friends left. It’s sercurity job to De-escalate are WITHOUT letting the accused go back into the bar and delete evidence. I don’t think I will be going back soon if being friends with Lance is a free pass to take photos of strangers. I did not know the girls involved and I hope their night got better. It just really seems like Q’s loyalty is always going to be cis white gays, and the rest of the community is taking a back seat.
