Curious about Art Therapy? Everyone is welcome at this mindful art-making meetup facilitated by ESU Art Therapy student Tyler Reagan. Practice mindful art-making in a safe, inclusive environment. Pause, decompress, unwind, process emotions, and ground yourself.

Participants may work on the directive provided each week or on their own. Emphasis will be on the art-making process
