It's pretty good for the price. Owners are really friendly

Woke up to the maintenance man staring at me through my room windows. I immediately told the Indian lady at the front desk and she argued with me that I was lying. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR LADIES OR KIDS. SEEMS VEEY DANGEROUS!!!

When I went to the lobby for a plunger since the toilet wouldn't flush I was told by staff "dont shit so much"

The management and everybody is great they're always so happy and they're always happy to help 😄

The owner is always rude! But the rooms are clean and it's reasonably priced

Spent time with BAE real nice and big rooms. Should be a lil cheaper bc everything is old but was ok for the weekend.

It's not in the best area of Lakeland but that doesn't detract from the place at all. Rooms are clean, the hotel is quiet, the parking lot is well lit and it has WiFi and cable. I've been here for 3 weeks on a work trip and it has been a pleasant and predictable experience. The room is incredibly affordable at the weekly price point and the owner/host is friendly and cooperative. I'd recommend this place for anyone traveling on a budget and definitely for work travelers.

BYOBT - bring your own blanket and towel

I stayed for 1 night and I had no issue with the price it’s really close to downtown Lakeland. And with a lovely view towards the lake the king bed was good and nicely decorated just a little issue with the main lighting that was flickering but no biggie 8/10 really solid
