Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino

We had our room broken into and the people working there were no help. Had to call corporate risk management and talked to a gentleman named Keith who got the investigation started. Still waiting on feedback from Planet Hollywood property management.

My daughter and I went here for brunch at Carmellas. Wow! The food was DELICIOUS. Best garlic bread we've ever had. We sat outside to eat, what a beautiful view. You can see the mountains and the water show at the Bellagio. Great music, great vibe, and great service.

Bad wifi, pillows very hard to sleep, no place in pool area to sit, if you want you have to rent over 200, hot tub isn't working at all, and not hot, it's opposite pool is too hot, hot tub is cold, besides the location, that is good, I will not give to this hotel more than 3 stars, it was my first time here, and will not stay here anymore, and will not recommend to anyone.

This review is solely based on Giovanni and his rude customer service. All we did was ask for a bottle of water and he SNAPPED at us saying WE ARE ENTITLED!!! RUDE. Liz was great. Side note, I am a high player, he knew that. But I don't flaunt my tier. He saw the card and immediately jumped us and said we are entitled. That's not the case at all. He just needs another position and not one dealing with customers because he doesn't know how to speak to them!!! The front desk of the hotel is the first impression, he needs better training on how to speak to customers.

The resort has a huge shopping mall. It's definitely worth checking out!
