Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis / Maple Grove

I stayed here on May 31st- June 1st and that Sunday I put the sign on the door and left my Apple Watch in the room because it was dead, I come back hours later key card don’t work on the door (NO BIG DEAL) then as I’m coming back to the door I noticed the sign wasn’t on the door no more and when I entered the room it was cleaned and noticed my watch was not where I left it so I informed the front desk. She told me she don’t have access to the cleaning room and I can just get it in the morning… (no big deal) so in the morning I go the desk and ask for my Apple Watch again and the morning staff couldn’t find it in the lost and found…. ( red flag) so I called the complaint line and told them I’ll check back after I check out…. Went to the front at checkout and spoke with the GM and he told me not to accuse his staff of stealing my belongings that was in my room inside a locked door so who else could’ve did this? ( in other words I felt he was calling me a liar at this point. So once I told them how to do their job into finding my $700 watch the GM calls me apologizing saying he have my watch and toothpaste ( ok where my toothbrush & mouthwash) and why you had to call the employee that was off work to come back into work and show you where they placed my things at being you have a lost and found…. Don’t stay at this location because the staff steal your items and not held accountable for their actions…. I still haven’t been compensated for this ordeal here…. I would NOT GIVE THIS PLACE MY MONNO MORE….

My office is nearby and my entire company stays here. Always clean rooms and top notch customer service! Jen and Alexis run the front desk like pros and always have a smile for me. Fred at the bar is amazing and makes everyone feel like a VIP. Hats off to whoever does the hiring here!

Maple Grove Oasis , AKA “Hilton Garden Inn” 5 Stars, A++++, 10 out of 10, Highly recommend !! I just had the most incredible experience at the Maple Grove Oasis, a.k.a. Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Maple Grove, and I felt compelled to share it! As a lifelong Hilton patron and Diamond member, I’ve traveled extensively and stayed in countless properties, but this one truly felt like home. From the moment I stepped on property, I was greeted by Deland, whose warmth and genuine friendliness made me feel welcome right away. The entire staff operates like a well-oiled machine, a big family, really!!!! …and you can see they genuinely care about their jobs, their customers, and each other! The front desk team, Jen and Alexis, were absolute rock stars, making check-in a breeze with their friendly banter and infectious smiles. And then there’s Myranda. After a particularly challenging day (which I won’t bore you with, but trust me, it was a doozy), she was incredibly helpful, offering a listening ear that lifted my spirits. When I had a little mishap with a broken cup, she handled it like a boss!!! Dinner (yes at HGI) was a highlight, thanks to Fred, who ran the dinner service and bar with flair. He was attentive and engaging, making every moment feel special. And let’s talk about the steak! Louis Whoot Whoot, you served up a five-star masterpiece that’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve dined on steaks in high-end restaurants around the world, but this one has secured a top spot on my list! The room and the entire property were immaculate, truly a testament to the pride the staff takes in their work. Breakfast was nothing short of perfection, thanks to Randi, Blanca, and Maureen. And that homemade salsa from Blanca? OMG! Let’s Go! I need that recipe! Why this isn’t bottled and sold on the market, I don’t know, but I can guarantee it would have the competition trembling! It’s a must-have for every salsa lover! This hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience that redefines hospitality. If you’re in the Minneapolis area, do yourself a favor and book a stay here. This isn’t just any Hilton Garden Inn; it’s the Maple Grove Oasis! You absolutely won’t regret it!

The staff on all ends were mostly helpful. I am probably not the most well traveled any more, though would have liked to have known up front about the $40 per night "incidental " charge when booked or somewhere in the forms and communicatios that were sent... as well that no breakfast was included in the stay. Disappointing to say the least. Room was clean and quiet.

The associates are friendly, helpful and a great way to wake in the morning... smiles and sunny side up eggs!!!
