Eduardo is phenomenal and pays attention to every detail.

I love this property! It is in a perfect location. The staff are amazing! Special thank you to Jean Baptiste from valet, he is always so friendly and courteous and always remembers to put my seat back to it's original place!

Prime location (on water's edge, walking distance to Brickell City Center), very pleasantly staffed (shout out to Jhonathan in particular!) withh nice large rooms and the deep soaking tub was just what I needed! Why that 5th star is missing? The mattress in my room has clearly seen some mileage and is due to be replaced. Would that keep me from returning? No! Will definitely be back, and look forward to seeing Jhonathan and his colleagues again!

The location is centric, close to Brickell, kaseya center and midtown. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The value is one of the best for the area. The cleanliness is perfect. Grecia was in charge of my room and it was always impeccable. The amenities are great, nice gym, spa and amazing views from the pool area. The most important part is that they make you feel at home. Specially Eduardo and David, the bellmen. They always remember you and greet you with a smile. They are always attentive and ready to help you with whatever you need.

My experience at this hotel was incredible from start to finish. Everything was spotless, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was excellent. I especially want to recognize Mr. Eduardo at the entrance—his service was exceptional. He helped us with our luggage, was very attentive, gave us great advice, and recommended places to visit. He was extremely kind and truly made our experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel 100%.

10/10 We had an amazing stay! We needed a long weekend getaway and chose this gem. Eduardo and David welcomed us at the door every day and it made us feel like we were at an all-inclusive in the Caribbean. They were super kind and helpful. This hotel is located in the ideal spot. We walked to so many great places like Brickell Center City and Cafe Bastille.

Stayed for 4 weeks and loved it! Carla the housekeeper was very diligent and friendly. Tatiana at guest services was very helpful, patient and has an amazing eye for detail. Will be staying again and recomending to all my clients and friends in the future.

anthony camero was a really nice person I had an excellent experience with the valet parking service. The person who assisted me was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. The service was fast and organized, and it was clear that they took great care of the vehicles. They made me feel very comfortable and confident leaving my car with them. I definitely recommend their service and would use it again without hesitation. Excellent customer service and great job!

Great hotel, great views, great pool and great customer service. What more can you ask for! We were able to get a room on the top floor. Pool was on the 16th floor. We would definitely stay again
