7 Days Hotel

Overall I'll give this place a four 4.5 I've been to many hotel establishments in the United States and this one is top flight security? You cannot walk into this building without being challenged by security which is doing his job which is great. I'm a hotel reviewer, a reporter, journalist, security advisor and he's on point. He's not sleeping on the job. He's basically walking back and forth is looking and observing the daily goes on of this establishment

Every time I come to this hotel, this man gives me an issue when he’s at the window when he’s not there I have no problem. This is the room. He decided to give me I work for the city. I come here to give rest and go back to work and this is how you treat me. I spend my hard earned money here and this is the things I get back? It’s crazy. He is disrespectful and he doesn’t know how to deal with customers and he does not know how to talk to women.

So i paid 320 for a room with no functioning tv and i was not reimbursed.My suggestion is make sure everything in the room is in working condition because they want their money but wont make up for the inconviniences on their part

Roaches and broken bed unacceptable for an establishment

I don't know what's up with the bed reviews, the place is actually pretty nice. I mean except for the Indian guy on the front desk that's a bit rude and unwelcoming the rest seems pretty good

So, let’s start off with I’ve had ok experiences, and really bad ones. Let’s start off with no parking in the back. It’s overly crowded. My husbands car was hit due to over crowdedness. The 2nd floor is very loud, heard a few physical altercations, as well as verbal. Children banging on the walls, and screaming. I’ve had to switch rooms a few times. I’ve been told there are no rooms. I’ve also been told that they let ppl rent with no id required. Even though the desk window says, ID required! The Ice buckets smell like wet dog. They allow pets so I’m assuming those Ice buckets are being used as water bowls. Hair all in the clean towels, and sheets! I could go on and on, but whatever you do! avoid the second floor if at all possible ! The Vine is a good Hotel! as well as The Hilltop in Yonkers, and it’s not as expensive!
