Better not to waste time

Just saw the man who was harassed by the bouncer leave a review.. and honestly he was too kind in his review. My friends and I were waiting in line and this man and his wife didn’t realize we were in line and walked up to the door - as soon as he and the girl he was with realized there was a line (it was only 4 of us in line), they turned around and immediately apologized to us and got right in line. The bouncer (the guy with the long ponytail) began to absolutely BERATE this man and the woman. He was being racist, telling them that they should know that every where else in the world you need to wait on line, among other horrible profanities. We went inside but then discussed how horrible the bouncer treated those people and decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Will not be coming back here. Just horrible.

Very disappointing experience. My friends were already inside watching the Morocco vs. Brazil game, and we thought we could join them since there was space available. We were not trying to skip the line. There were only a few people standing around chatting, and we genuinely didn’t realize that was the line. As soon as we understood, we went back and got in line without any argument. However, the bouncer continued to single us out. He took my ID and started lecturing us, raising his voice, and acting extremely aggressive. Instead of simply explaining the situation, he kept repeating that “everywhere in the country there’s a line” and spoke to us in a very disrespectful and condescending way. His behavior came across as power-hungry, obnoxious, and completely unprofessional. We felt harassed and unfairly targeted. The way he treated us was unacceptable and made what should have been a fun night watching the game with friends a very unpleasant experience. Management should seriously address how customers are treated at the door. There’s a difference between enforcing rules and being disrespectful.

Great atmosphere, drinks are delicious! Service was pretty good
