La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Norfolk Virginia Beach

I had a very positive stay at La Quinta by Wyndham. The gentleman who checked us in on Friday, May 22, was exceptional and very professional and truly provided great hospitality. The location is excellent as well: convenient, quiet, and comfortable for our stay. Breakfast was good and met expectations. Overall, there were no major complaints from me or my family. The only small areas for improvement would be the cleanliness of the hallways and elevator carpeting, which could use a bit more attention on the weekends. Additionally, housekeeping service on our second day was limited to towel replacement and trash removal, without bed-making or replenishing soap. This may simply be standard policy for shorter stays, but it was noticeable. Aside from those minor points, everything else was great, and we would consider staying again.

This La Quinta (Norfolk Virginia Beach) was a good value. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast had waffles, frozen breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs as well as continental offerings. My room was not 100% clean so I needed to clean some surface areas and inside the refrigerator but overall, it was okay. My rooms was a bit outdated, but it looks like the hotel is doing some renovations. I would stay here again when I am in the area.

This place was amazing. I was there for a week when I first checked in I booked you a third-party somehow my reservation got canceled but when I tell you that Lewis Worked hard to make sure that I was in uncomfortable room. The room was clean. The staff was amazing anytime you had a question they were there if you needed anything they were there every time they will see me in the hallway. They will always stop and speak and make sure that I was OK, but with that said I want to think the general manager Henry along with some of his staff, Miss Robin Mr Lewis Miss Varsha and Miss Antonella. I cannot forget the maintenance man. I don’t know his name, but he was always willing to help. I will book them if I ever come back to Virginia Beach, which I have plans on coming back very soon. The place was amazing. The breakfast was amazing and it’s free.

First time here and probably would not come back. First room I had toilet had stuff in it. I will leave that to your imagination. Flushed it down the toilet water would not refill. Room was dirty and floor uneven. Was given a different room. Same shape, dirty and uneven floor. Toilet did work in this one. Elevator is in need of repair. Floor falling apart and extremely dirty.

Room was nasty and filthy!!!! Room bed is to small.Tv keep switching off when you turn off the lights .

Thought our 2 day stay was really great. Nice an peaceful. Thank you! Mexican restaurant next door was delicious!

Very dirty place, not recommended at all

Service has been great, specially Varsha, Antonella and Ruth provide a home like and extremely good service and attitude at front desk and at breakfast time.

Lewis and housekeeping great staff always helpful always doing right by the customer and thats what keeps me coming back
