Great value! Clean rooms and reliable service. Gym is a bit on the small side but very well taken care of.

The artificial scent once you walk in is VERY OVERWHELMING. WAY TO MUCH. The beds are to soft. AC in room is great. But Loud. Stayed here last year and it was so much better.

Do not stay at this place there are bed bugs it was 3 of us and we woke up with bites everywhere

The eco A/C is particularly egregious here. Set it and it works for 30 seconds. You will sweat all night. Front desk says: “We’ll have someone take a look at that” - and “Sorry” as if no one else has complained about that and they’re shocked there was any problem. Maybe a decent place to stay in the winter.

This hotel charged me for a cancellation that was within the cancellation window and according to the policy. I had tried to modify a 2 night reservation to an 8 night reservation but couldn’t, so I cancelled it and booked a new reservation. They charged me for the cancelled reservation and the new one. I sought help from Bonvoy to get a refund and they first submitted it to the wrong hotel somewhere in Georgia. So I had to open a new case again. They decided they would not refund it but never notified me. So I called again and found out and asked them to prove it but they couldn’t and then the lady hung up on me. Bonvoy says it all up to the hotel. I called the hotel directly and they said it was all up to Bonvoy. I finally got a woman who gave me the customer service email and began following up there so I could have documentation. The first attempt was rejected without looking at the documents I provided. I refuted it again and finally got someone who actually looked at my proof instead of giving me scripted answers. It took me 4 weeks of consistent calls and emails to get them to concede their error (which they never actually communicated to me in any way) and finally refund the money they took erroneously. Unbelievably poor customer service by both this hotel and Bonvoy.

What a great Stay! The girl that tricked me in mykyn I believe was her name it was pretty unique. Excuse me if I got it wrong she was friendly and helped us get to our room and talk to through everything that we needed to do for our stay. I went to my room and somehow the air conditioner wasn’t working so she immediately got me moved to a new room so I could be comfortable. I really appreciated it and the extra help to make sure everything was good. I just really loved her energy and how helpful she was. So even though I had a root move rooms, it was a great stay!
