Hilton Orlando

This used to be our favorite in hotel in Orlando, not anymore. We try to come a couple of times a year. We just spend the weekend there. We rented out a cabana to spoil ourselves. Little did we know that they now have day passes. The place was packed. People with bracelets kept coming to our cabana. Trying to use it. Picking up the chairs and take them to the pool, grabbing cups etc. It's not the staff fault but they should at least tell the people to stay away from the cabanas. I didn't want to spend my day telling people sorry you can't sit here or take that! What is the point of paying so much for a Cabana to have to spend the day telling people that it's not part of their day pass.

Came to this location of Hilton due to a communication conference and was very impressed. Starting our stay off right with Alex at check-in, who is an absolute doll and you can tell he really loves what he does. The service from Terrance, in the conference room, was just so professional and he goes above and beyond. My entire office loved the both of them and kept talking about them the entire weekend. I would come back just to interact with them again. Thank you, Hilton!

Ed at valet was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. It’s really people like him who make the stay enjoyable. I’m so glad he enjoys what he does. In present days and our economy, that can be hard to find at times. Thanks Ed and keep doing you!

I love this hotel so much! I love it for the great restaurants and the pool! I just had my bachelorette celebration here!! Our lovely server at the pools bar Gina B made a rainy day by the pool a special and memorable day for me and my bridesmaids! <3

I came here through resort pass to use the pool for my birthday. It was so much fun and a perfect place to spend a hot summer day! We rented a cabana and had Gaylon as our server. He was fantastic and made sure the drinks were flowing and everyone had a great time. There was a DJ, main pool, adult pool, water slide, and lazy river with plenty of tubes so you could easily spend all day there. Food was also surprisingly great especially the FRIES. Tons of restaurants and bar hopping on IDrive is only a few minutes away once you leave the premises. The only cons were that the drinks were pricey and it gets pretty crowded so you might wait a while (upwards of 15 minutes). It can also be hard to find open chairs if you don’t get there early (between 10am-11am). Other than that, we loved our experience and will definitely be back!

We did a Resort Day Pass this weekend and absolutely the best experience of any of the hotels on the list. Gina B. at the Pool Bar was excellent. She introduced herself within minutes of us putting our towels down and took great care of the the entire afternoon. Her food recommendations were spot on and we both had the tacos. Portions were good and both the beef and the chicken were delicious. Thank you for making our day fabulous Gina, because of you we will book our day pass at the Hilton

This place is huge. If you don't walk well stay somewhere else. But nice.

My friend and I absolutely love coming to this hotel! The property is beautiful, updated, and there is so much to do. Everything feels clean, modern, and welcoming. The restaurant by the pool was one of our favorite parts — the food was incredible and exceeded our expectations. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. Every part of our experience was wonderful, and we truly can’t imagine staying anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend!

Chrissie was our cabana attendant and was so amazing. She was always available, asked if we needed anything at every pass and was super pleasant. Made our day of R&R even more relaxing ☺️

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at eforea Spa at the Hilton Orlando. My mother and I had appointments scheduled at the same time this past Sunday. We had already checked in with the spa staff and arrived early, so we decided to relax by the pool while waiting for our services to begin. Shortly before our appointment time, I received a phone call from someone identifying themselves as the spa manager, who was not even on site. We were informed that they would be unable to perform one of our scheduled services and were given two options: cancel the appointment or move it 4–5 hours later. As guests who were not staying at the hotel and had specifically planned our day around these appointments, neither option was reasonable. When we returned to the spa to discuss the situation in person, the staff on site appeared unaware of the issue and had to call a manager for guidance. Communication seemed completely disconnected, and no one was able to provide a satisfactory explanation or solution. Ultimately, we canceled all of our services. Unfortunately, there was no meaningful attempt at service recovery, or accommodation. To make matters worse, when we returned to clear out our lockers, the attitude from the staff felt cold and dismissive rather than understanding of the inconvenience we had experienced. What should have been a relaxing spa day for my mother and me turned into a frustrating experience due to poor communication, lack of organization, and disappointing customer service. Safe to say we will not be returning.
