Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel

This hotel charged me $500 for smoking in the roomI do not smoke at all. At check out they did not tell me about this charge. I found the charge on my credit card statement. I tried to call the hotel manager several time. They do not return calls. Finally after I contact Marriott Customer help, they contact the hotel, they offered to reduce it to $250. I did not accept. I am not smoker, the should give all $500 back.

Rooms are very dated! They are desperate for a remodel!

Overpriced room, rude as heck front desk. Stay away, I’ll take my business elsewhere

We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Palm Springs and absolutely loved the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and very relaxing, but what really made our visit even better was our server, Janet, at the restaurant. Janet was incredibly patient, kind, and always attentive without ever making us feel rushed. She was fast with service and consistently sweet, which made every interaction enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in what she does. Overall, the stay was great, but Janet truly made our trip extra special. We really appreciate her and would gladly come back again just because of the level of service she provided.

Stayed a few nights at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel. The staff were decent and the location is convenient, but the room itself was disappointing. The room had a pretty bad smell, especially from the carpet and couches, and the shower didn’t feel very clean either. We also paid for an upgraded mountain view room, but the view ended up just facing other rooms/buildings which was frustrating. Parking is good you just pay daily rate

My stay was amazing. The area around was nice and the hotel was in walking distance of some shops. Both of the restaurants in the hotel were nice and had tasty food.

The property is aesthetically pleasing and the host was exceedingly cordial and accommodating during my visit. The highlight of my stay was the proximity to Downtown Palm Springs, which is just a few minutes away. This location offers a plethora of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The only minor issue I encountered was the room service, which could be improved in terms of response time. However, I am confident that they will address this issue soon.
