I enjoyed my stay at your establishment, all of the staff were excellent this includes the concierge lounge staff who were attending

I stay at this property frequently for work, so i’ve had plenty of great experiences here. This trip, however, was for personal travel, and I wanted to recognize Leilani for making it especially memorable. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. Went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Thank you for making the trip special for my family!

Leilani at the front desk was incredibly gracious and welcoming. The room is incredible with awesome views of the city. Members of the Santa Clara Vanguard community have been staying here every year for the Drum Corps International Championships every year in early August since the property opened. Thank you!! I loved my stay at the Marriott I had the pleasure of meeting a lot of very kind staff I was thankful for my welcoming, I ended up dealing with a serious health condition in my stay and felt that proper care should have took place I guess we were all in shock for that I won’t stay here again but I am very thankful overall and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for luxury and fun. The lobby area if you have anxiety for me was very hectic and loud due to family’s and everything but it’s all great vibes , God bless. 💙

It’s centrally situated so that you can walk to many downtown attractions: museums, the zoo, NCAA HQ, the White River Amphitheater, Lucas Oil and Victory Fields. Stayed at this hotel with 600 other attendees for a national conference in July and the hotel hosted other large groups at the same time. I thought it was managed quite well. The only sticking point was the pick up & drop off of the driveway out front. The valet staff were doing their best but there isn’t a good system guiding drivers into the driveway, so as a result there was often a lot of confusion, congestion and chaos.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. The front desk staff get you checked on right away. Valet staff is awesome. I text my ticket number and the car is waiting when I get to the lobby. Alex and Diamond are amazing hosts in the executive lounge. They make sure you have what you need. 😊

The service has been top notch since I checked in. I am always greeted when I come back from work and when I leave in the morning. The executive lounge is also very welcoming. The food is always stocked, Alex and Diamond are very attentive. They greet me by name when I walk in and are always willing to help me with any questions I have.

It's good, but it ain't cheap; This is a high end hotel, and the prices do reflect that. I've never had a bad experience staying here, and the one time I had a problem in my room, they were onto it as soon as they were told. Sign up for the rewards scheme as soon as you can; There are some perks available at a fairly low number of stays, and they do try to reward customer loyalty.

Just the best possible way to punish yourself for staying in Indianapolis.
