Being a 90plus user in age of Red Light Therapy ; I was blown away with the assistance I received. My experience was for inflammation in the body. I slept better than I had in many weeks. I recommend the use of their services highly!

Beem has become one of my favorite wellness stops. The staff is consistently friendly and genuinely invested in making every visit a great one. Scheduling sessions is incredibly easy, which I really appreciate with a busy schedule. Their redlight and infrared sauna equipment is top‑notch, especially with EMF safety in mind. It’s clear they prioritize both quality and wellbeing. Every session feels like a refreshing reset. Adding Beem into my health routine has made a noticeable difference, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in!

Most beneficial pre-treatment with infra-red sauna for my deep tissue massage afterwards. My first visit to Beem at this location since the one near my house on Plano pkwy was consolidated into this site. I had 4 infra red sauna treatments in the old location, each time followed by 50 minutes of deep tissue massage at Massage Height. I definitely felt the difference when compared to past deep tissue massage without the infra red sauna. The massage seemed much smoother and less pain when it hit the muscle knot, and I did feel much lighter after the massage. I skipped 2 infra red sauna after the Beem near my house was closed, and just went straight to massage. I didn’t feel the same results as before when I had the infra red treatment first. Two days ago I tried the infra red at the Plano location near Park Blvd, and then to deep tissue massage afterwards. WOW, I certainly felt the difference like it used to be. This confirms unequivocally the benefit of infra red for a deep tissue massage. I definitely recommend the massage enthusiasts to try out an infra red sauna before the massage. The Beem location at Park Blvd in Plano is quite similar in setup and service, all excellent and very helpful and courteous. A very well-run business unit.

the competition has them beat (other than a non-subscription model) hands down. Inconvenient moving from room to room to take advantage of the red light therapy, then the sauna, then once again to take a shower (showers should be in the same room as the sauna) why would I want to hold and ipad (tv and music) when you could have simply mounted a tv on the wall- as have the competition? As to price point? nothing here either

Had a great first experience at Beem West Plano after my previous location closed. The staff are very friendly, the spa facility is clean and calming, and the red light & light sauna are relaxing. 5/5 stars & will recommend to all my friends & family. Beem is my favorite self-care!

I was skeptical about red light therapy, but signed up when they had a special. I have been going for three months now on a regular basis, and the transformation of my skin on my face has been unbelievable. It has removed the sun damaged coloring, and best of all I was getting acne AND had my milia - at my age (over 50). The acne has completely disappeared, and the milia Is almost completely gone. I couldn’t be happier. The staff are wonderful. The facility is clean. I’m going to keep going!

Pristine facility with beautifully curated sauna rooms and red light therapy rooms. Clean, modern, and even hosts a hot free zone for an iPad to watch a show or store your own device. Chilled mint towels added a much needed refreshing note. Despite the Texas heat, the experience was worth every minute. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Beem since the beginning and I absolutely love it! The staff is always so nice and welcoming and I especially love the cold towels after my service. The saunas are big and I love the chromotherapy lights as well. Highly recommend!

When I turned 60 earlier this year, I decided to make self-care more of a priority so I joined Beem. It’s a little piece of heaven tucked away next to SuperTarget. Colette and Michael and their staff are so friendly and do such an amazing job keeping the place spotless. I visit nearly every day for a pampering experience under the red lights. I am not sore even after the hardest strength training workouts and I feel like my skin glows and all my stress melts away after a 15 minute session. My favorite touch is the cold washcloth soaked in peppermint and Eucalyptus. 🥰 The infrared sauna is a treat after a long workout. A total body detox while binging my favorite Netflix shows!

Super friendly, clean, and accommodating. I sleep much better since starting infrared sauna. Highly recommend!
