From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome – warm, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool area is peaceful and well-kept – great for a morning dip or evening unwind. What truly sets Shark Reef apart is the care and heart the team puts into everything. You’re not just another guest here – you’re treated like part of the family. The location is also ideal – just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and all the fun things to do in Port A. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, friendly, and relaxing stay. I’ll definitely be back!

We had such a great stay at Shark Reef Motel. It was honestly the cleanest and best motel we’ve ever stayed in. You can tell the staff truly care—they were constantly out making sure everything was spotless and well-kept. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Super comfortable, very well maintained, and just an overall great experience. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Always come here to stay when we go fishing there is a pool. Jacuzzi tables bbq pit with a nice shade very nice place here

We visited during the off season, so it wasn’t too crowded. We enjoyed it! Nice place overall. It’s humid there, so the AC needs to run full time! We will be back again.

Me and my boyfriend have been staying here two times now . He left his Apple watch for 3 months and they have saved it for us when we returned ! They’re truly amazing and a life saver! We love Port Aransas so much and this is our go to place to stay now , after staying in other hotels , this place offers so much comfort and they are flexible also and allowed us to stay a while longer. We love them !! (We also love their no smoking policy)

My friends made a reservation at this hotel and wow — what a beautiful place! Super clean, with comfortable and spotless beds. The house we stayed in had everything we needed to cook, so we only had to worry about buying groceries. The service from Cici was incredible — very helpful, respectful, and attentive. This kind of customer service makes you want to come back. She left us with a very good impression and honestly, we will definitely return! Highly recommended for couples and friends. 10/10!
