San Diego Naked Yoga - (Steel Mace Flow) at Vinya Vino + Vinyasa

Join us for a transformative naked steel mace yoga experience designed to connect you with your inner power. This unique men's class blends the strength of macebell training with the focus and flow of yoga, offering a challenging yet rewarding development of the mind-body connection.

We begin with breath and intention in a grounding meditation followed by gentle warm-ups, then incorporate macebells into a dynamic flow focusing on balance and hip and shoulder mobility, building strength and flexibility with the added macebell challenge, all within a supportive, inclusive environment. Class concludes with cool down movements and stretches.
Cultivate strength, coordination, and presence, tuning into your intrinsic rhythm as you connect your breath, body, and the power of the mace.
