Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Clara by IHG

My review is for the service I received with Mike today on June 20 at 7:50 PM. Thank you so much! Trying to find a hotel last minute and dealing with all of the hectic-ness of it all, Mike spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping me through the process trying to get my dad a hotel the last minute when Airbnb plans fell through! Thank you so much Mike I would’ve never had our family stay at this hotel if it wasn’t for you! Thank you for taking the time and being so patient with us

Stayed here on 06/16-06/17 and can say that the room was rather average quality. I always enjoy to stay at a Holiday Inn while available as they are affordable, have good breakfast, and comfortable beds. We purchased the last room of the night and received a mobility room for disabled - all okay. Very spacious bathroom and convenient area for unloading the car. The room is very modern and decorated nicely, very comfortable. Have to mention however that the shower is very unsafe for those facing mobility issues. Attached in the photo you can see that the wall the shower seat was attached to was entirely broken and cracked. Very unsafe if anybody uses the chair. Other than that food was good in the morning, amenities were nice, bed was comfortable. Just wasn’t thoroughly impressed with the shower quality, cleanliness, and TV entertainment. 🤗 ✅ Pros: Comfortable bed, Good free morning breakfast, Nice Amenities, and Netflix Access. ❌ Cons: Broken Shower Chair, Poor Cleanliness, Located near noisy road.

Good except the WI-FI was very spotty which made it extremely difficult to get my work done.

I stayed at this property for more than two weeks, and here is my detailed review. During check-in, the full amount was deducted from my credit card. Pros: The location of the property is good. As an Indian traveler, I was specifically looking for a hotel close to Indian eateries, and this location worked well for that. The staff were polite and respectful in their interactions. Rooms are cleaned daily. The front desk also asks whether you want your room cleaned each day. I’m not sure if this is standard everywhere, but it was a pleasant surprise for me. Cons: Toiletry kits are not provided daily - you have to request them from the front desk daily. Shaving kits are also not provided automatically and must be requested from the front desk daily. Drinking water is not provided daily. You need to buy it from outside, and there is no flask or bottle provided to store water. Although the room has a microwave and refrigerator, there are no utensils available. You need to purchase them yourself if needed. The TV has a dish connection, but when I asked if Willow TV streaming could be added, the answer was no. While the staff were polite, I felt they were not particularly helpful when assistance was needed.

A very nice place and the cleanliness was excellent.

Honestly, there’s nothing I’d change — it’s a fantastic hotel. The staff were incredible and their hospitality made all the difference.
